The iTouch is helping me to learn how pelvic floor muscles work. In the first week I tried out each program, skipping a day between them. After that I settled for the stress program because I could detect my muscles working best with that program. The muscle relaxation phase took a bit more time & conscious effort for me to synchronize with the program. By the third week I can actually recognize & actively contribute to the contractions that the program stimulates. I’m still automatically contracting abdominal muscles but less & less. The suggestion I’d make for others is to be patient with your body’s responses and understand that your brain-muscle partnership is getting a good trainer with this iTouch device.
